E-Bike Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All electric bikes sold by Eco Ride Zone are backed by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty — either 12 months or 24 months from the delivery date (depending on the brand and model).

This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on the following main components:

Frame:

Motor:

Battery:

Controller:

Display:

Charger:

Electrical wiring and connectors:

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage

General wear and tear from normal riding (e.g., tyres, brake pads, chains, bearings, cut or stretched wiring)

Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties

Water damage caused by riding or storing the bike in unsuitable conditions

Battery degradation from poor charging habits or incorrect storage

Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips, fading) that does not affect performance

3. Returns & Refunds

If you request a return or refund for an electric bike:

The bike must be returned to our service centre for full inspection.

We will carry out both mechanical and electrical assessments to check for:

Excessive wear or damage

Signs of misuse, modification, or improper handling

Any non-warranty damage or parts replacement will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are only processed after the inspection is complete and the final assessment has been approved.

⚠ Note: The bike must be returned in a reasonably clean and safe condition before we can carry out an inspection.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

Your proof of purchase

A detailed description of the issue

Include clear photos or videos showing the problem.

If required, we will arrange a return or direct you to an approved service partner for inspection.

Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement of parts, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

5. Important Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer. Eco Ride Zone follows the same warranty terms provided by each brand.

Eco Ride Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the product.
