Shipping policy
Order Confirmation:
When you place an order with us, we will pre-authorize your payment method, but no funds will be charged initially.
Next, we’ll confirm availability with our suppliers to ensure your selected product is ready for immediate shipment.
Once confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. If the product is unavailable or on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorization and notify you right away.
Order Delivery:
For in-stock items, your payment will be processed, and your order will be shipped within 5 working days.
Once dispatched, we’ll email you tracking details within 24 hours. If you don’t receive tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at contact@ecoridezone.co.uk, and we’ll assist you.
Damages:
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we strongly recommend not accepting the item.
Should you discover damage after delivery, email us at contact@ecoridezone.co.uk with clear photos of the damaged product so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders canceled after 48 hours of placement may incur additional fees. If the order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
