Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and packaged in the same way you received it.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without explanation.

To qualify, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
