The Small 15 inch frame is suitable for riders around 5'6" to 5'9", the Medium 17 inch frame suits riders around 5'10" to 6'1", and the Large 19 inch frame is best for riders around 6'1" to 6'4". The wheel size stays the same across all three sizes. If you are between sizes, consider your preferred riding position and reach.
