Delivery & Returns

We currently deliver only to the UK mainland. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day after purchase. We use trusted UK couriers, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Most orders arrive within 1-7 working days, typically within 2-3 days after completing our mandatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks.

You will receive a notification within 24 to 48 hours confirming your delivery date. If any issues arise with dispatch, we will contact you via email or phone.

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and repackaged in its original box with all included materials.

Please retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case a return is necessary. Proof of purchase will be required.

Warranty Exclusions – Not Covered

You modify, disassemble, or repair the product yourself, or use it outside the recommended guidelines.

Damage is caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage. Repairs are carried out by an unauthorised service provider.

There are minor scratches or packaging damage from shipping that do not affect performance.

You return an item without our prior written approval.

The issue involves consumable parts such as tyres, saddles, plastic parts, brake pads, brake rotors, brake lines, or surface scratches.
