Delivery & Returns

We currently deliver only to the UK mainland. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day after purchase. We use trusted UK couriers, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Most orders arrive within 1-7 working days, typically within 2-3 days after completing our mandatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks.

You will receive a notification within 24 to 48 hours confirming your delivery date. If any issues arise with dispatch, we will contact you via email or phone.

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and repackaged in its original box with all included materials.

All our Hygge Electric Bikes come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal usage conditions.

  • Battery & Motor – Defects affecting performance or functionality.

  • Brakes – Failures or defects, including brake replacement.

  • Electrical Components – Issues with the display, controller, wiring, or other electrical parts due to manufacturing defects.

  • Accessories – Defects in included accessories (chargers, locks, helmets) when used normally.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from Accidents or Improper Use – Including misuse, neglect, or incorrect storage.

  • Normal Wear & Tear – Tyres, brake pads, chains, and gears.

  • Modifications – Any alterations or use of non-original parts that void the warranty.
