Most orders arrive within 1-7 working days, typically within 2-5 days after completing our mandatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks.
You will receive a notification within 24 to 48 hours confirming your delivery date. If any issues arise with dispatch, we will contact you via email or phone.
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and repackaged in its original box with all included materials.
Please retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case a return is necessary. Proof of purchase will be required.
