All iENYRID Electric Scooters are covered by our manufacturer's limited 1-year warranty to the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

The battery warranty is 6 months.

All man-made damage, accidental or water damage are not covered by the warranty.

It has an IP54 rating which means it is resistant to dust and light splashes. It can handle light rain but should not be submerged or ridden in heavy downpours. Wipe it dry after wet rides and avoid hosing the electrics.
