All iENYRID Electric Scooters are covered by our manufacturer's limited 1-year warranty to the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

The battery warranty is 6 months.

All man-made damage, accidental or water damage are not covered by the warranty.

Does it include a seat and can it fold?

Yes. The M4 Pro S Plus Max includes a seat and the scooter folds for carrying. The manual shows the folding steps and the seat components including a seat folding switch. Net weight is about 25.38 kg.

Is it waterproof?

It has an IP54 rating which means it is resistant to dust and light splashes. It can handle light rain but should not be submerged or ridden in heavy downpours. Wipe it dry after wet rides and avoid hosing the electrics.
