It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all UK legal requirements when operating an e-bike.
Eco Ride Zone advises all customers to be fully aware of local regulations, including any necessary registration or licensing that may apply. Ensuring legal compliance is entirely the rider’s duty.
Eco Ride Zone accepts no liability for any consequences arising from non-compliance with UK e-bike laws.
Mark2 Electric Bike Warranty – 5 Years
Valid for eBikes purchased from 1 June 2025
We stand by the quality of our eBikes. We guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and rust (oxidisation), provided the conditions of this warranty are met.
This warranty covers the original owner and is transferable if the new owner provides the original invoice or order number.
A subsequent owner must contact Mark2 to update ownership records.
We reserve the right to inspect the bike (at the owner’s cost) before confirming continued warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage

It has been used for rental, commercial, or professional purposes.
