We stand by the quality of our eBikes. We guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and rust (oxidisation), provided the conditions of this warranty are met.
This warranty covers the original owner and is transferable if the new owner provides the original invoice or order number.
A subsequent owner must contact Mark2 to update ownership records.
We reserve the right to inspect the bike (at the owner’s cost) before confirming continued warranty coverage.
